Our bakery consists of about 20 professionals who manually shape our marzipans and polvorones artesanos. These are perhaps the products that cost the most to make, as many phases are required throughout the entire manufacturing process, from the selection of raw materials, to the manufacture of the marzipan, moulding, filling, rolling, packaging, etc. The best recipe for making marzipan is patience and experience. Don't forget that we call marzipan nougat "turrón de nieve".
