The classic imperial turrón cakes from Alicante, finer than the 200g turrón bar, and with a different texture.
Despite following a process similar to the Alicante turrón, we have customers who like these more than the hard turrñon bar, perhaps because they are easier to chew(its finer and easier to break in pieces). Older people usually choose this turrón because it is thinner than the hard bar.
In some places of Spain it is also known as imperial turrón.
They are served vacuum packed.
