The Yemitas de Santa Teresa are one of the specialities that we spoil the most, especially the women who prepare them one by one.

We only serve them freshly made. That is why the best time is at Christmas (Oct. Nov. Dec.).

They are served in little boxes of 250 grams

Demasiado buenas

These marzipan and sugar Yemitas are handmade, and are similar to those of Santa Teresa that are made in Ávila.

It is a team effort that requires the coordination of the different confectioners. Many of them have dedicated their whole lives to this work.

We can serve them in bulk, although you should call us on 96 565 8643.

If you like sweet potato (moniato), we also have the Pasteles de Gloria, filled with sweet potato (moniato).
