It is elaborated with artisan formulas of all the life adapted to the ones without sugar. Everyone has the right to eat nougat at Christmas. This sugar free nougat will allow you to have nougats at Christmas despite the restrictions mentioned.

Instead of sugar, we use maltitol and lactitol, sweeteners that work very well with the nougat mass and emulate the traditional flavor.
