This is the liquid nougat used by chefs to make nougat ice cream, cook and marinate with savory flavors, make sauces, prepare ice cream and sauces for tapas, rice, flans, etc.


Below you have a video of how to use this nougat in the kitchen, since you can also buy it in block. It is served in a 5 kg round pot. It can be granulated or refined, although by default we serve granulated.


This nougat has won the first tapas competition in Alicante.

The nougat is being seasonally adjusted thanks to nougat like this, prepared to elaborate artisan ice cream, desserts and also other type of typical flavors of the whole year. High cuisine and gourmet restaurants are using these flavors to innovate in the kitchen. In addition, the one that can be bought here has Denomination of Origin, that is to say, it is nougat of Jijona, soft.

It is used in hotels, bars, restaurants, hotels, etc. Formerly, this type of customers asked for block nougat, but they have become better accustomed to this less solid format. It is more comfortable and the liquefaction process already we do it.
